The involvement include all production, loading, utility, maintenance, planner, Quality, chargeman and technically support team.Įvery team members will contribute to the final outcome. In the month of August, Quality Department together with the support from Operation Improvement Team and Application team had organized 5 sessions of Quality Training which included Right First Time, Quality Performance, Plant Hygiene, Lab Test & Visit, of Mischarging, H&P Product and Introduction to Dipping Application. Quality of Product are critical and require the involvement and responsibility of everyone in the organization🤝 The approach to quality are to bring together all applicable people within operation processes, management, and technologies, which makes it possible to share information across the organization 😉
